I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with modern rooms boasting views over the roofs of Genova and a great value for money. The service was impeccable, although room service could be more efficient. The location is superb, nestled between two train stations and offering a picturesque view of the city. Dining options were satisfactory but could use more variety. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor hiccups.
